As part of every doula support package, you’ll have access to a range of thoughtfully curated community resources. This includes my lending library, evidence-based handouts and guidance, trusted referrals to local care providers, and a collection of podcast episodes, videos, and online reading. These tools are designed to support you throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—offering clarity, connection, and confidence every step of the way.

Childbirth Educators Calgary, Childbirth Education Classes

Angela and Adele are certified childbirth educators who offer a warm, inclusive, and evidence-based birth preparation workshop designed to help you and your partner feel confident, informed, and supported as you prepare for birth and the early postpartum period.

In this six-hour class, we cover labour physiology, comfort measures, partner support, medical interventions, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
